Ok so perhaps I missed the step but I can't figure out how to block someone from leaving comments. Frankly, I am really bothered by the comments that are left on my blog posts in Oriental symbols. So, I'm trying out this whole "comment moderation" thing to see if that helps. Only I didn't realize that I had to check the e-mail address associated with the blog to accept or decline those comments. Crazy times!
